Our warranty - Plants are living organisms and we do everything in our power to ensure that all plants, trees and shrubs in our nursery are happy, healthy and free of disease and pests. As we cannot know how plants are cared for after they leave our nursery, we are unable to warranty plants purchased from the nursery and installed by our customers. We do not warranty any plants purchased at our nursery and installed by any landscaper other than Bloomin’ Crazy. We will warranty plants purchased at Bloomin’ Crazy and installed by our employees for a period of 3 months. If any plant dies during that period, it will be replaced free of charge, labor NOT included. A receipt must be presented at time of warranty exchange. Palms, Tropicals, Annual shrubs and Sod carry no warranty. Warranty DOES NOT COVER human damage or neglect, improper watering, acts of God including floods, drought, record temperatures, ice and snow damage, insect damage or preventable diseases. Any warrantied plants that are having issues should be reported to Bloomin’ Crazy Nursery immediately so that preventative action can be taken.
